Semester Evaluation

Semester Evaluation

School of Engineering and Science (SES) sends out a SurveyXact questionnaire to all students by e-mail at the end of each semester.

The total result of the evaluation is presented to the Study Board no later than at the second meeting on the following semester. Confidential results are treated at a closed meeting. Shortly after the meeting, non-confidential results are published on the SES homepage http://www.ses.aau.dk/om-school-of-engineering-science/kvalitetssikring/undervisning-uddannelsesevalueringer/.

The Study Board treats the results of the evaluation and takes action concerning issues in the evaluation which indicate a necessity of changes/improvement. The Study Board informs the semester coordinators of decisions in relation to the semester evaluation no later than two months prior to semester start.

The semester evaluation report is based on the SurveyXact analysis and the minutes of the semester group meetings. The total semester evaluation (semester evaluation report) is written by the students and approved by the semester coordinator before it is sent to the Study Board. Deadline for submission is the first semester group meeting on the coming semester.
