International Office is a resource for all international students, especially at the beginning of their stay.

The office hours of the International Office are: Monday - Friday 12 noon - 3:00pm.

AAU Campuses

Aalborg University has three campuses: Aalborg, Copenhagen and Esbjerg. And School of Engineering and Sciene offers study programmes at each campus.

How to apply

All applications to study programmes at Aalborg University are done online. 

After you have submitted your application online, you are required to print out the application form and send it to us.

Along with the form you must send: English test, verified copies of your diplomas & transcripts and, if relevant, letters of recommendation and motivational letters.

Teaching Model

The study method used at Aalborg University is called problem based project work, or “The Aalborg Model for Problem Based Learning (PBL)”.

The model is highly recognised both nationally and internationally.
